Our family is happy to welcome you to our hause which is found in a picturesque, tranquil setting.

From the hause there is a pedestrian and cycle path which takes you directly to the centre of Livigno in 10 minutes. The apartment, in the same hause of the Hotel Baita Cusini, is situated in the Teola area and is 150 m from the new chairlift "Teola Pianoni" with direct access to the Mottolino ski area. The cross country piste is directly under the hotel.

In summer, it is also ideal as a starting point for numerous walks and excursions.

The bus stop is 100m away. Small playground for children to have fun. Sun Terrace with panoramic views. Ample car parking available.

The apartment is for 4/6 person (75 sq'm ) on ground floor. Two spacious rooms. One bathrooms with a bath and Hairdryer. Deposit room with washing machine. Fully equipped kitchen with normal oven and Microwave, Toast machine, Coffee machine Melitta, Vacuum cleaner.

The dining/lounge area also has an extra sofa bed and satellite TV.

For winter there is a heated ski room for all your equipment.
Mountain bike for our Guest in summer.
