HOUSE AND RENTING RULES
" HOTEL BAITA CUSINI "
RESERVATION AND PAYMENT POLICY:
At the reservation, the guest will pay in advance 30% of the final price. This is a confirmation of the reservation: without the payment of this amount, the reservation will be automatically cancelled. The difference to the full price will be paid at the arrival.
In the price are included: electricity, bed sheets, towels and the final cleaning.
Extra costs:
- Additional changes of bed sheets/towels (if requested)
- Additional child's bed (if requested, at the reservation)
There is no breakfast or food service, nor drinks in general.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
For weekly reservation, the arrival should be after 16.00 on Saturday, departure until 10.00 on the following Saturday. In case the guest will not be able to fulfil this requirement, this must be clearly noticed in advance.
There will be no refund if the guest will not be able to arrive within the specific times and days, or if there will be an early unannounced departure.
RULES FOR THE GUESTS
The apartment is rented to the guest in a perfect condition; it is sole responsibility of the guest to return it in the same condition, at the end of the stay. In case of technical problems or damages, the guest must inform the direction before the departure. The guest will pay all costs, in case of damages to properties in the apartment.
The guest is responsible for cleaning all kitchen tools and dishes, cleaning is not included in the weekly price. If this will not be the case, there will be an additional charge of € 50,00
The guest will obey to all common rules of respect towards the neighbours.
" HOTEL BAITA CUSINI " declines any responsibilities in case of robbery, lost of money, credit cards or personal values left in the apartment unattended
" HOTEL BAITA CUSINI " offers a private parking area, unattended. Any kind of responsibilities, for damages or theft caused to cars or motorbikes, is therefore declined.
